This has been around since the 60s- 70s, at least, done in France, US, Jamaica, other places.

This is new to me but my kids say I am out of touch. A popular way to smoke marijuana is called a 'spliff.' Its a mix of cannabis  and tobacco. Seems pretty horrible to me, mixing a highly addictive substance with marijuana. Is this a common term?
