Successful candidates will have: a Ph.D. in social psychology, behavioral science, clinical psychology, or related fields; expertise as evidenced by publication history and other contributions to their field; evidence of large project oversight and administrative ability necessary to manage projects by coordinating with staff in the Office, and; the ability to establish effective interrelationships and collaborations with scientific personnel at other NIH ICOs, HHS, other federal agencies, and scientists/academia at educational research institutions. Scientific expertise in implicit bias, implicit bias research, survey methodology, and workplace climate is required.
