[#DIV28SUPER] In need of Science Student Council Nominations for APA

We are in need of Science Student Council Nominations for APA. I assume the student would need to be a student affiliate of APA. We definitely need students to represent science in APA.

The deadline for nominations (including self nominations) for the Science Student Council has passed, and we only received 1 for biopsychology, 2 for cognitive, and 2 for developmental. We received 0 nominations in I/O and methodology. Therefore, we are extending the deadline until July 30 and reaching out to you to help spread the word.

To apply, students would submit an essay on how they might contribute to SSC, a description of their research, a 2 page CV, and a brief letter of recommendation from their advisory.

If you know of any good candidates, would you please share this opportunity with them? More information can be found athttps://www.apa.org/science/leadership/students/nominations.

Thanks,
Suzette
