*NEW* for APA's Convention This Year: APA Student Twitter Team

In conjunction with APA's Annual Convention this year, APA is recruiting up to 200 graduate students and new post-docs for the first APA Student Twitter team. Our goal is to encourage and reflect students' perspectives and voices among the many conversations taking place during the convention.

Twitter Team members will tweet often over the course of the convention, using APA's convention hashtag -- #APA2014. They will share their perspectives and personal experiences, post photos, and share videos -- at sessions or social events, or just walking around. Team members will be especially encouraged to and tweet about poster sessions, as many of these individuals are students presenting for the first time. Twitter Team members will receive an exclusive blue badge ribbon and will be invited to a social event with snacks and a chance at some great prizes (GoPro camera, tablet, and more).

Also for the first time, APA will have two large tweetwall screens at the convention center, scrolling tweets using #APA2014 in real time.
