[#DIV28SUPER] Special issue on intersection psychopharmacology and health disparities in Exp Clin Psychopharm

Dear colleagues,

Hoping you're doing well.  I invite you to submit a paper to an upcoming special issue in Experimental and Clinical Psychopharmacology on the Intersection of minority health, health disparities, and social determinants of health with psychopharmacology and substance use.  See attached announcement.  We will accept both review papers and empirical papers, including secondary analyses of existing data sets.  Papers from authors at all career stages and from communities of color or other underrepresented groups are *especially* encouraged to apply.  We will specifically recruit manuscript reviewers for this issue who have the requisite expertise to understand and appreciate the significance and innovation of research on this transdisciplinary topic area.  Papers are due Nov 1, 2020.

If you are wondering whether a particular paper topic is a fit or have any other questions, feel free to reach to me or the other special issue guest editors, Hector Lopez-Vergara, Ph.D and Tamika Zapolski, Ph.D, or the journal Editor, Bill Stoops, Ph.D.  Also, kindly contact one of us and attach your CV if you're interested in being a reviewer of manuscripts for this special issue.

Hope you will consider submitting to this exciting special issue, which will help counteract the underrepresentation of articles on minority health, health disparities, and the social determinants of health in the addiction science.

All the best,
Adam
