[DIV28M] 2015 election slate

Dear Colleagues-

Over the next several months, we will need to develop the 2015 election slate for Division 28 President and Member-at-Large.

The individual elected as president would serve a three year term in the cycle of President-Elect (2016), President (2017) and Past President (2018).  In order to run for the President position, candidates must be full voting members of Division 28 and must also be Fellows of the division.

The Member-at-Large would also serve a three year term from 2016-2018. In order to run for the Member-at-Large position, candidates must be full voting members or affiliates of Division 28.

This is a critical time for Division 28 as we attempt to expand our membership base and remain a strong voice for science in the American Psychological Association--the individuals filling these positions will surely provide an important service to the fields of psychopharmacology and substance abuse! I welcome any inquiries about job responsibilities and encourage self-nominations, as well as nominations of colleagues you think might excel in these positions. Please email me directly at: william.stoops@uky.edu or call me at (859) 257-5383.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
Bill Stoops
President-Elect
APA Division 28
