[DIV28SUPER] NIDA Neuroscience Update October 25, 2013

Resuming Extramural Activities after the 2013
Government Shutdown

Important information on revised receipt and review schedules: OER has developed a public website that consolidates the information on the resumption of extramural activities after the shutdown. Please see the notices on this page for detailed information. Standard as well as special October receipt dates have been extended with few exceptions. Applicants who have already submitted applications for FOAs given extended receipt dates will be allowed to refresh their applications. Most NIH peer review meetings that occurred during or immediately following the government shutdown will be rescheduled so that as many applications as possible are able to be considered at January 2014 Council meetings.

Tobacco Regulatory Science Program (TRSP) Career Awards: Applications for the NIH four career award announcements that will be administered by NIH under the Tobacco Regulatory Science Program (TRSP) were originally due on October 2, 2013. Due to the resumption of extramural activities following the shutdown, the receipt date has been extended to November 1, 2013 (NOT-OD-14-003).
