The AAMC and the American Psychological Association (APA) have announced a partnership that will provide medical students, faculty, and other health professionals with access to free online psychological science resources. As part of the collaboration, the APA will submit content to create the first-ever psychological science collection within the AAMC's MedEdPORTAL, an expansive online repository of instructional materials for teaching pre-health curricula in medical education. The new psychological science collection will be available through the three services of MedEdPORTAL—Publications, iCollaborative, and the CE Directory—to equip health care professionals with effective and efficient educational tools to improve patient care. The psychological science resources are expected to be available on MedEdPORTAL in 2014
