[DIV28SUPER] Helping Japanese scientists displaced by Japan's natural disasters

Dear APA Division 28 members:

Several scientific societies, including APA, are seeking to aid scientists adversely affected by Japan's natural disasters.  A significant concern is that some Japanese scientists will be displaced until infrastructure can be rebuilt.

During the recovery period of this humanitarian crisis, we advocate that you consider offering a position in your laboratory to a fellow scientist to facilitate their research progress and/or training.

Several web sites offer information that enable you to assist:

Please pass this information along to colleagues who may be able to help.

Thank you,
Mark Greenwald
President, Division 28
