The Division of Neuroscience and Behavior at NIDA  is searching for a Chief of the Branch of Chemistry, Pharmacology and Physiology https://www.drugabuse.gov/supervisory-health-scientist-administrator-branch-chief

 

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking an exceptional and motivated leader to serve as a Supervisory Health Scientist Administrator (Branch Chief) for the Chemistry and Pharmacology Branch (CP) within the Division of Neuroscience and Behavior (DNB)​, NIDA.

Candidate

 

Qualifications

NIDA's ideal candidate should demonstrate knowledge and expertise in chemistry (specifically medicinal chemistry), pharmacology, receptors and neuroscience. Although not required, knowledge of pharmacology of drugs of abuse would be an asset.

 

This position is for a GS 601 15 Supervisory HSA Branch Chief position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
